FELT HAT MAKING MASTERCLASS (wet felting technique)
The session will begin with a presentation about Ārija Skudra’s work and the hat designer’s time at the “Rīgas filcs” factory. You will learn the main things to know for making felt using the wet felting technique. The session includes:
- Pattern making, size calculations.
- Layering, wool felting.
- Creating the shape design.
During the session, we will make a small felt hat, going through all the steps of the felt hat creation process.
Duration: 2 hours
Suitable for adults and adults with school-aged children
Group size up to 20 participants. Please register your participation in advance. All materials are included in the price.

SAUNA HAT MAKING MASTERCLASS (wet felting technique)
The session includes a presentation about Ārija Skudra’s work, felting techniques, and material properties, pattern creation, and practical work. As a result, you will make your own sauna hat.
Duration: 3–4 hours
