Ilze Patmalniece – Solo Exhibition “…from pencil to garment” Opening

At the opening of Ogre resident, artist and designer Ilze Patmalniece’s first solo exhibition, “…from Pencil to Garment”, the artist’s family, friends and a large number of visitors gathered to celebrate the occasion.

During the event, Ilze Patmalniece’s first teacher, Aina Karele, shared her memories, as did several brides who wore the wedding dresses on display in the exhibition.

The evening also featured a short concert by soloists Kristiāna Stirāne and Līva Kalniņa, accompanied by guitarist Jānis Rubiks from the band Putnu balle.
