Opening of Ilze Patmalniece’s solo exhibition “…from pencil to garment”

At the opening of Ogre resident, artist, and designer Ilze Patmalniece’s first solo exhibition “…from pencil to garment”, the artist’s family, friends, and a large number of interested individuals gathered.

Shared memories were recounted by both Ilze Patmalniece’s first teacher, Aina Karele, and the brides for whom the wedding dresses displayed in the exhibition were created.

During the evening, a small concert was given by the soloists Kristiāna Stirāne, Līva Kalniņa, and guitarist Jānis Rubiks from the group “Putnu balle”.
