This exhibition was inspired by the rich offerings of Baltic sanatoriums — peat mud baths, clay and mud applications, and water treatments.

The distinctive experience, where the boundary between the body and its surroundings seems to dissolve, has inspired new paintings that are distinctly material. This vivid visual experience, with its interplay of light, tones, and textures, and the act of shedding a heavy, dark ‘second skin,’ has prompted the creation of a series of paintings titled ‘Therapy.’ It also prompts reflection on what truly harmonizes each individual, enabling them to shed the unnecessary and embrace their true self.
